Cleaning Service FAQ’s

Do I need to be at home when you clean my house?

It’s entirely your decision. We would prefer for you to be there to meet your cleaner for the first time at least long enough to show them around your home. A schedule and priority check-list will be provided after your first consultation, a copy of which is passed on to the team. This list can then be used or adapted at any time to ensure your needs are met at every visit. If you prefer us to use your own cleaning products simply advise us where all the equipment and supplies are kept and we’ll do the rest.

If you can not be at home when the cleaner arrives, please inform our office and give us specific instructions to enter the house.

How many cleaners will clean my house?

We work as a single person, or in teams of two people to four, depending on the size of your home and hours in our schedule. A Team Leader supervises and works with the team, and checks the quality of each clean.

Are the cleaners or teams trained and supervised?

All of our cleaners and team members are trained before they are permitted to clean your home. Each team is supervised at every visit, making sure nothing is missed and that any special requests we receive from our customers are taken care of.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

We will provide the cleaning products unless you request otherwise.

If you choose to use your own products  because of allergies or other personal reasons, please leave instructions with our staff on what chemicals are to be used in which room.
