All Rooms

  • All cobwebs removed, also a tidy up.
  • Dusting of skirting boards, lampshades, top of doors,  radiators, ornaments and curtain rails.
  • All pictures, ornaments and furniture polished.
  • All waste paper bins emptied (including kitchen).
  • Chrome light switches polished.
  • Vacuum – carpets, behind doors, all rugs and mats.

Bathrooms

  • Baths, sinks, and toilets sanitised.
  • Taps and chrome buffed to a shine. Shower doors de-scaled.
  • Mirrors left blemish free.

Bedrooms

  • Vacuum behind and under beds where possible.
  • Headboards, bedside tables and ornaments polished.
  • Dust top of wardrobes where possible.
  • Making/changing beds.

Dining Room

  • Tables, chairs, and mirrors cleaned.
  • All ornaments polished.
  • Floors vacuumed, mopped and sanitised.

Kitchen and Utility

  • All surfaces – fronts, sides, base of wall units and appliances sanitised.
  • Outside of oven and hob de-greased.
  • Tiles cleaned and sanitised.
  • Sinks, taps and draining area sanitised, and polished.
  • Floors vacuumed, mopped and sanitised.

Lounge

  • Move and vacuum under three piece suites (If possible and safe to do so,) All floors vacuumed, skirting boards cleaned, wooden or laminates mopped and sanitised.
  • Dusting of all furniture, cushions vacuumed to remove pet hairs.

Stairs

  • Vacuum stairs – dust ledges and banisters.
